Customer requirements:
Our South Africa client, a beverage company, they are sourcing the glass water bottle manufacturer and want to develop a high-quality, durable glass water bottle to meet consumers' demands for environmental protection and health. The bottle needs to meet the following requirements:
1. Capacity is 500ml
2. The bottle needs to have a convenient cap so that the consumer can easily open and close the bottle
3. The bottle needs to have a beautiful design so that consumers enjoy using it
Design:
According to the customer's request, we designed a swing cap glass water bottle with a full mouth capacity of 520ml. The swing ring is made of 304 stainless steel and can be reused. To make the bottle look more attractive, we added a simple yet elegant design where the bottom of the bottle is rounded and the body of the bottle has some streamlined curvature. We have also used high-quality glass material to ensure the bottle is durable.

We showed our designs and bottle samples to our customers and got high approval from customers. The customers stated that they liked the design and quality of the bottle very much and felt that the bottle met their requirements and met their expectations perfectly. They decided to use this bottle in their beverage range and ordered 100,000 bottles from us.
